OF SALE:
All orders must include a street delivery address
and a telephone number that you can normally be
contacted at. If You wish to pay by cheque or
money order please enclose with the order form
and mail to the address shown on the order form.
If you prefer to pay by Visa or Mastercard, please
check the credit card you wish to pay by and mail
or fax the order form. For your protection please
DO NOT include the credit card information on
the order form. When received a PTI representative
will contact you for your credit card information.
Alternatively you can phone the number above and
place your order directly over the phone. Once
your order and payment has been confirmed you
will be advised of a ship date, which will normally
be the same day.
