Bike Barn motorcycle cover is
absolutely brilliant for Buell X1 Lighting!

Just dropping a line from over the pond with some pics of my new Standard Bike Barn motorcycle cover. I have been using a throw over contact bike cover for years, they work well but are such a hassle for getting on and off. I've looked into cheaper, most probably inferior types of "fold over" covers but I'm pleased to say I opted to spend the extra cash on the best available on the market.

This was ordered on the Tuesday evening and arrived on the Thursday of the same week!

The frame took me 45 mins to erect with ease and if I wasn't such a plonker the cover would have gone on much easier if I wasn't a typical bloke and actually read the instructions and didn't try to put it on back to front.

As you can see from the pictures it fits my Buell X1 Lightning with plenty of room to spare.

I have also bolted it down with additional ballast of 2 steel bars cable tied to the base frame for extra security. It has been well tested to the elements as we've had 60mph winds with driving rain and it was rock solid.

I think this bike barn is absolutely brilliant! So quick and easy to use, thanks a million.

The big wind in Scotland...

Well I thought I would let you know how my bike barn faired through last nights storm of heavy winds in excess of 70mph gusts, the BBC reported gusts in this area much higher. Along with heavy heavy rain. Got home this afternoon and all was well, just had to re-adjust the velcro on the front for the first time since I got it in June. It is fixed to the patio by the securing plate and the two loops for the rear are in place also.

Burgman 400 standard bike barn cover with concrete anchor didn't rip or tear in huge winds

The Bike Barn did not move a centimeter or fly open or rip apart!

I added a "refinement" by attaching brass hooks by way of nylon zip ties to the rear of the frame which in turn hook onto steel rings fastened to the asphalt my concrete screws. We have had winds strong enough to blow down four trees, each 3' in diameter, but the Bike Barn did not move a centimeter or fly open or rip apart! A truly excellent investment. The Bike Barn motorcycle cover used to be the home for my Burgman 400 and is now the home of my Boulevard C50.

I did it myself...

Just want to let you guys know my Tourer motorcycle cover arrived a few weeks ago. It shipped in 2 days like you promised and arrived quickly. I was in such a hurry to get it together I did it myself without waiting for help. I am proof positive that a fat out of shape middle age man can do it by himself!!! It took exactly 2 hours 10 minutes, 4 beers and a Hershey with almonds candy bar.... but I did it. Also bear in mind there were lots of breaks in those 2+ hours.

So far it has survived 50 MPH winds here on the Coast in New England. Love this product. Thanks for Everything!
